My Philosophy

 

Alright, I've heard it all before. You've tried so hard to get into shape many times but you just can't seem to have good results. Last week you went for a quick run in the park and only ended up losing valuable time. Five days ago you stopped by your local gym for a quick workout and somehow you ended up gaining a couple of pounds two days later. Yesterday you ate a well prepared healthy meal yet today you feel tired and lazy. Why isn't anything working for you? Because getting into shape is not a one day quick-fix. It requires both structure and discipline. You need a planned fitness program that incorporates challenging workouts, a healthy nutrition plan, and above all your individual fitness goal. Because after all, it's different strokes for different folks. You also need to develop a set workout schedule where you train two to three times per week, and truly stick to it. That also includes having proper sleeping patterns since that's where all the "reshaping" takes place.

Listen, I know it's hard, but nothing worth investing is easy specially your health.
