Boot Camp

 

Boot camp is truly one of the best ways to get into fitness. It requires no machineries and it can be done outdoors and indoors. The term first originated from military training camps where soldiers perform intense physical activities to improve their strength and fitness. Today, personal trainers have reshaped it's original intense routine to a more "friendlier" one suitable for the average person. Each workout is built to promote fat loss, strength, and team effort where each individual, no matter what fitness level, is pushed beyond their expectations.

There are many benefits to taking part in one of my boot camp trainings. Other than the obvious reasons (like strength and flexibility), you can also profit from the good mental health aerobic exercise provides. When we workout, our brain releases endorphins which elevates our mood to make us feel better. This is a good way to manage stress levels throughout our lifestyle and if necessary also lower high blood pleasure. Another great benefit is that I will track and adjust each training as time progresses. The stronger and better you become, the more challenging each workout will be until you've reached you desired fitness goal.
