Hello there! Justin Lopez here. As you already know I’m a personal trainer.  I’ve been in the fitness business for many years now and I can honestly tell you that I love what I do. Being in the best physical and mental shape is the most important essential in my life because it provides stability in my everyday routine. In high school I was an athlete as a sprinter and cross country runner. Then I took my exercise to the dance floor where I found some of my best workouts that still works wonders today.  Two years ago I also started doing Tai Chi, which provides meditation easy enough for anyone to do.

 

Listen, I know exercise is hard to make it a way of life, but once you do, the benefits are endless. The two most important things to remember is that you have to stay active and eat healthy. As society progresses, we become prone to processed foods and not enough into healthy diets. My training methods are planned and structured, so you won’t have to guess what to do. The only way my fitness program fails is if you don’t follow it correctly. Once you do, the rewards are great and you will see many physical changes and then finally be where you needed to be. All you have to do now, is Just Get Into Fitness!
