Many fitness junkies know that nutrition is more than a simple healthy diet and if you're looking to build muscle, eating a huge bowl of salad everyday is not going to get you there. First of all, Exercise and nutrition go hand to hand. There is no one without the other. Nutrition needs exercise to shave off excessive calories keeping you from gaining weight. Exercise on the other hand, feeds on good nutrition to keep you energized throughout the day and maximize muscle growth. Second of all, just like exercise constitutes to different parts of your body, nutrition also has its subdivisions:  Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. These nutrients among other things provide all the necessary ingredients to whip up that sexy body you've been looking for. It may seem like a lot to intake, trust me, but that's why as a personal trainer I can give you the best advice on what you should be eating, and when you should be eating it. And lastly, eating a healthy meal is a good way to minimize infections and diseases.
